About The Blueprint OS
The Blueprint OS is a public business brand operated by a sole proprietor. We provide website, inquiry-management, and lead follow-up systems for contractors and home-service businesses. Our website, https://theblueprintos.net, describes our services and provides email links for prospective customers to request a demonstration. A demo request is an inquiry, not a purchase or a promise of business results. Any paid service is subject to separately agreed scope, pricing, and terms.
Website use
Use our website lawfully. Provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to submit. Do not impersonate another person, submit spam or harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the site's operation. Website content is provided to help visitors understand our services; specific deliverables are governed by individual client agreements.
SMS program: separate optional categories
If and when our SMS program becomes available, The Blueprint OS may send text messages only to recipients who have given the applicable consent:
- Informational / non-marketing: demo confirmations, appointment reminders and updates, service-inquiry responses, and customer-support communications.
- Marketing / promotional: offers, promotions, service announcements, and information about The Blueprint OS's services.
The two categories require separate, voluntary choices. Opting in to one category does not enroll you in the other. When available, our official HighLevel opt-in chat widget will show separate, initially unchecked options. You may choose either category, both, or neither. SMS consent is not required to request a demonstration by email or to purchase services. Email inquiries do not enroll you in SMS.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies depending on the category you select, your interactions with us, and any relevant appointments or service requests. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to or received from us. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
Opting out, getting help, and rejoining
You may cancel SMS messages by replying STOP to the number that sent you a message. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out; after that, we will not send further messages covered by that opt-out unless you consent again. To rejoin, use the current opt-in process rather than assuming a prior consent is still valid.
For assistance, reply HELP to the sending number or email contractors@theblueprintos.net. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our website, services, or messaging program. The current version will be posted here with an effective date. Changes do not replace separately signed client agreements unless expressly agreed.
