Who we are and scope
The Blueprint OS is a public business brand operated by a sole proprietor. We provide website, inquiry-management, and lead follow-up services for contractors and home-service businesses. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information collected through https://theblueprintos.net, our agency's direct inquiries, and communications concerning our own services. It does not replace the privacy policy of any contractor that uses a separate website or account to communicate with homeowners.
Information we collect
When you email us to request a demonstration or ask about our services, we receive your email address, your message, and any name, business details, or other information you choose to include. We also process information you provide in support communications.
If you voluntarily enroll in our SMS program when that option is available, our messaging system may collect your mobile phone number, which of the separate SMS categories you selected, and related consent and messaging records (such as opt-in/opt-out status and communications). Contacting us by email does not enroll you in SMS.
GoHighLevel hosts the website and provides built-in website activity reporting. Hosting services may process page visits and technical request information needed to serve the site. The site loads fonts from Google. The website currently uses email links for inquiries and has no inquiry forms.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, arrange demonstrations, discuss and provide our services, deliver requested support, operate our website and CRM, and maintain communication preferences. If the planned SMS program becomes available, we will send messages only for the categories you separately choose.
SMS choices and consent
Our planned SMS program has two independently optional categories:
- Informational messages: demo confirmations, appointment reminders or changes, responses to service inquiries, and customer-support communications.
- Marketing messages: offers, promotions, announcements, and information about The Blueprint OS services.
When enabled, our official HighLevel SMS opt-in widget will allow you to choose informational SMS, marketing SMS, both, or neither. Consent will not be preselected and will not be required to request a demo by email or purchase services. We will honor each category separately. If you receive SMS messages from us, you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. You can also contact contractors@theblueprintos.net.
Service providers and mobile-information sharing
GoHighLevel supports our website and CRM. Google Workspace processes our business email. If the planned SMS program is enabled, messaging platforms, delivery providers, and carriers may process mobile numbers and message data as needed to deliver opted-in messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not provide SMS opt-in data or consent records to other businesses for their own marketing.
Retention and security
Inquiry records are stored in the systems we use to handle requests. We use them for follow-up and service communications. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive homeowner information when contacting us.
Your choices and requests
You may email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided, subject to applicable legal and operational exceptions. You may withdraw SMS permission by replying STOP to a message from us. If you wish to receive messages again, use the current opt-in process. For other questions about communications, contact us by email.
Updates
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or information practices. The version posted on this page will display its effective date.
